My family and I have invested a lot of time and effort trying to brew unfiltered, unpastuerized wheat beers. Learned in Germany and honed with classes at UC Davis and trial and error. We have been brewing at Jack Russell Brewing since 1997 with The Wheat Beer Company founded in 1995.
