The recipe came from 'Perfect Scoop' but included Guiness. I just switched the stouts and used some high-end milk chocolate. It was sooooo good. I've also made chocolate souffle with Schlafly 15 a dark wheat with the malty sweetness necessary for a dessert. However, my souffles exploded. They were still good and chocolaty, though.
