We happened to eat at this place called The Owl House (It was the first time I was there). I wanted to order a beer a saw a ginger beer with a Japanese name on the menu and decided to try it as I had never had it before. The beer had a very pleasant ginger taste to it and seemed to be well balanced. I like ginger and this beer had an authentic ginger taste. It was amber with a head, but not foamy. The beer was very refreshing. I plan on buying it somewhere and sharing it with family and friends, or ordering it again in the future. I do have a bottle of Expresso Stout and JCA. For Baird I have bottles of Red Rose Amber, Angry Boy Brown, and Kurofune Porter. All are waiting to be consumed and reviewed. Have you been able to get your hands on any "XH"? Their expresso stout was pretty tasty as well. Have you had any more of Baird's brews?????
